Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely obsessed with your Rogue + Wolf gear, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your items. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all mystical packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back to our realm.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during their journey back to us.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your generated shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Await Your Refund

  Once our coven receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
